Are you licensed and Insured?- Yes we are. We take pride in knowing that we have the systems in place to keep your property from accidents and damages.
How does the gift cards work?- Gift cards are good for up to one year. They can be used as gifts or for your own space. Once an estimate is sent out we will deduct the gift card total. If a balance is remaining on the Gift Certificate, we will include the new total.Â
What payment method do you use?- All clients will receive an invoice for the services rendered, where debit and credit is accepted. Cash paying clients will also receive an invoice. Once payment is made a receipt will be sent to you via email.
What type of chemicals do you use?- We use commercial grade products, designed for everyday use. At this time we do not offer NON-TOXIC chemicals.
Will we get the same cleaning technician?-We know how important it is to build those relationships with your tech, this is why we will always try to send out the same technician each cleaning. This is not guaranteed but we will always try to work with you, for your satisfaction.
What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee?- We strive for timliness, efficiency, and quality at all times. If you are not satisfied please let us know within 48 hours of your service. We will always try to rectify the situation, including coming back out free of charge. We DO NOT offer refunds at this time.
What is your Urgent Cleaning Fee? - When working with our property managers and realtors, we know the urgency in getting the property ready for the next tenant. While we know how important this is, any bookings within 48 hours will include this fee. Schedules are made for the week and being able to offer these extended services, does have a markup rate.
When are payments due? -Residential Clients Payments are due IMMEDIATLY following the completion of services. Our Commercial Clients are on a NET 30 payment, if you need to change payment arrangements please contact us at 937-300-7153.
